Over .500!!!

Sorry about the delayed post, I spent the beautiful Saturday on the beach in a volleyball tournament.  And I have to admit that I missed the game.  So I don’t have much to talk about today, but I will make it up with the next couple posts. 

Here’s the rundown:  1.)  Above .500!!!  2.)  Utley is crazy good.  3.)  Eaton has completely disproved my belief that he should be in single A.  4.)  Zagurski is my new favorite player.  5.)  Burrell is the most underachieving player in baseball.  And lastly 6.)  Hamels is one handsome fellow (and will win Sunday’s game).

 If the Phillies are to stay above .500, certain players (Barajas, Helms) need to step up their game.  Hopefully I’ll be able to write in a couple days about how the Phillies have maintained a .500+ record. 

Last words . . . I miss Tomas Perez.
