Stallworth in substance program

The Philadelphia Inquirer has learned that Eagles’ Donte’ Stallworth is a participant in the NFL substance abuse program. No reason why Stallworth is in the program has been made public. So, if you wondered why Stallworth hasn’t garnered the same level of interest as some of the other free agents on the market, your question may be answered.

Not a good way to start off free agency for the Stallworth camp.
