Iverson Wants Out of Philly…Thank God!
Word on the street is that Allen Iverson wants out of Philly…and I couldn’t be happier.
Iverson is a good player. No, he’s a great player. But he’s also a ball hog. And he’s just doesn’t have the right attitude to be a team leader…he’s selfish.
So, when I heard today that Iverson was pressing to be moved, I shouted “Amen!” Let’s do it. Let’s do it now.
I can’t live with a player who disses his coach. I can’t live with a player who consistently comes up with excuses for leaving practice, or not even showing up. In one word: I can’t stand selfish players.
Let’s get started with the rebuilding process. Let’s move Iverson to some other unfortunate team. And while we’re at it, we might consider moving Billy King as well.
