Should the Flyers Be Concerned?
I don’t know about you, but I’m actually concerned about the Flyers. Granted, they’ve got a nice cushion in the Atlantic over the Rangers. Granted, they’re tied for the least number of losses in the NHL. Still, something bothers me.
I couldn’t put my finger on it until just the other day but here it is: they don’t seem very good. I mean, the Flyers just don’t consistently dominate games. An ability to dominate the game from beginning to end is key to a succesful playoff run. You can’t rely on 1 goal wins and make it the Stanley Cup.
This really has me concerned. I’m not ready for another first or second round playoff upset. But I see it coming.
