Phils down 1 with 2 to go

Well, the Phillies have decided to play with our hearts down to the very end. How many times have we as Philly fans be ready to call it quits on another let-down of a Phillies season, only to have them bounce back from the brink to surprise us. I’m not getting my hopes up. I can’t. But only a couple games ago the Phillies’ season seemed destined for failure. No postseason for the 12 straight year. Houston looked unbeatable. The Phils just couldn’t keep up with them. And then… Houston loses two straight. The Phillies win two straight.

Whadayaknow? 2 games to go and 1 game out.
